How is flight time calculated?
Flight time is calculated from takeoff to touchdown, with a 1 hour minimum leg duration, plus an additional 0.2 hours added for aircraft ground taxi time. This flight time is multiplied by the respective hourly rate for the aircraft cabin category booked.
What is included in the fixed hourly rates?
The Jet program rates include all operational fees for aircraft usage with crew. Additional charges will be assessed for required deicing operations, special catering requests, and fees associated with international operations.
When are the Peak Travel Days?
Peak Travel Days are generally identified as major national holidays and the 3 days on either side, and further specified on an annual basis within the Jet Card contracts.
How much luggage is allowed?
Notify your dedicated Jet Program Manager of your anticipated luggage requirements when booking your trip. If baggage exceeds aircraft capacity, then alternative options will be explored. Alternatives could include upgrade jet cabin category (at that selected cabin category’s hourly rate) or we can source shipping the excess baggage.
Can I change aircraft cabin size on a trip-by-trip basis?
Of course. We provide the right aircraft for the right mission. There are no interchange/upgrade fees – you simply pay the hourly rate for that given aircraft cabin category.
